Acceptance
These Terms govern the Jaman VPN app, jaman.app and related services from Rudaki Inc. (“Rudaki”, “we”). By installing, opening or using Jaman VPN, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you disagree, do not connect and stop using the service. Apple and App Store terms may also apply to downloads, licensing and purchases.
The service
Jaman VPN creates a system VPN connection and routes supported traffic through a selected server. The app may include a trial, traffic limit, multiple locations, paid subscriptions and Sign in with Apple.
A VPN protects traffic between the device and VPN server, but cannot guarantee anonymity in every circumstance, remove malware or replace device updates, safe passwords and good judgment.
App licence and account
Subject to these Terms, Rudaki grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Jaman VPN on supported devices for personal or internal business purposes. The app is licensed, not sold.
Sign in with Apple is optional in the current version. You are responsible for access to your device and Apple ID, and Rudaki will never ask for your Apple ID password.
Subscriptions, purchases and trials
The price, billing period and available features are shown before confirmation. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under App Store rules. Subscriptions can be restored in the app and managed in Apple ID settings.
A free trial may be limited by time, traffic or one entitlement per user or device. Attempts to evade trial limits may result in suspended access.
Acceptable use
You must use Jaman VPN lawfully and respect the rights of others.
- Do not distribute malware, attack, scan or access systems without authorization.
- Do not send spam, commit fraud, harass or exploit people.
- Do not infringe intellectual property or contractual restrictions.
- Do not resell access, overload infrastructure or evade subscription controls.
- Do not reverse engineer or modify the app except where law expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
Speed and availability depend on the provider, signal, device, load, server, network restrictions and external services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular speed, access to any specific site or a permanent location.
We may add or remove servers, maintain infrastructure, manage load, require updates or change features.
Intellectual property
Jaman VPN, its brand, text, design, code and Bella imagery belong to Rudaki or are lawfully used. These Terms do not transfer ownership of marks, source code or materials beyond the limited app licence.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Rudaki does not promise error-free operation or that the VPN will meet every purpose or bypass third-party restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
Termination, changes and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. Removing the app may not cancel a subscription; manage it through Apple ID. We may restrict access for material violations, security threats, abuse, legal requirements or discontinuation.
