The short version: Jaman VPN does not sell personal data, show targeted ads, or store browsing history, traffic contents or persistent DNS request lists in the app.
About this policy and the operator
This policy applies to the Jaman VPN app, jaman.app and support requests. Jaman VPN is owned and operated by Rudaki Inc. (“Rudaki”, “we”).
Because a VPN routes internet traffic, we explain both the data needed to provide the service and the data we intentionally do not retain.
Accounts, platforms and app stores
This policy covers Jaman VPN for Android, iOS, iPadOS, macOS and Windows, together with jaman.app and support. Features and release status may differ by platform.
An optional Jaman account uses a permanent UUID as an access credential. We process its HMAC lookup value, encrypted credential, linked devices, sessions, subscription status and any email, Apple, Google or Telegram identity you choose to add.
Jaman ID is not required to use the app as a guest. If you choose it, the personal account at jaman.app lets you view access status, manage linked devices and use website subscription options where they are legally and technically available.
If you use referrals or support, we store the referral relationship, reward status, ticket subject, messages and timestamps to award access correctly and answer your request.
- Treat the Jaman ID like a password. It is never placed in analytics, URLs or support logs.
- Referral links contain a short referral code, never your Jaman ID; support messages are visible to the account holder and authorized Rudaki Inc. support staff.
- Google Play and Apple process store accounts, downloads, licences and transaction records under their own policies.
- Rudaki Inc. does not receive your store password or complete payment-card details.
Data we process
The app may store your selected server, language, theme, document consent, trial start date and trial usage locally on your device. If you voluntarily use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide an identifier, name or email; the current app stores that profile locally.
- App Store product, entitlement and expiry information for purchases; Apple processes payment details.
- Standard technical request data such as IP address, platform, app version and network headers needed to deliver the service.
- Your email address and anything you choose to include when contacting support.
How VPN traffic is handled
While connected, traffic passes from your device through the selected VPN server. The server necessarily processes the source IP, destination, connection time and transferred volume to route and protect the connection.
Jaman VPN is not designed to decrypt protected HTTPS content. The app does not create browsing history or retain traffic contents or a persistent DNS request list. Minimal security logs may exist briefly for reliability, abuse prevention and legal compliance.
Why we use data
We process only what is reasonably needed to operate and protect Jaman VPN.
- Create, maintain and restore a VPN connection.
- Show servers, save settings and enforce trial or subscription access.
- Answer support requests, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
- Meet mandatory legal requirements.
Retention and security
Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, security and mandatory obligations. Local settings normally remain until you reset data or remove the app; support correspondence is kept for a reasonable resolution period; technical records are minimized and deleted or aggregated.
We use access controls, protected transmission, iOS security mechanisms and maintained infrastructure. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection, and may withdraw consent where it is the legal basis. You can also reset local app data or remove the app.
Send privacy requests to support@jaman.app. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children, changes and contact
Jaman VPN is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age in their country. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us.
