Deleting the app or a Jaman ID account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancel billing separately with App Store, Google Play or the provider that processed the payment.
Request deletion of an account
If account deletion is available in your app version, use the account settings. You can also email info@jaman.app with the subject “More VPN account deletion request”.
State that you want your Jaman ID account and associated personal data deleted. Include your platform and an email previously associated with the account or a support request. Do not include a password, full Jaman ID or full payment-card number in your first message. We will explain any necessary verification.
Remove local device data
Clear the app’s storage where your platform allows it, or uninstall the application, to remove locally stored settings, language, theme and technical state. Saved system VPN profiles or keychain credentials may need to be removed separately in device settings or the app.
Uninstalling the app does not itself delete information stored in the service. To request service-side deletion, follow the account deletion instructions above.
Information covered by a verified request
We delete or anonymize the account profile, associated device links and support or service information under Rudaki’s control that can reasonably be linked to the verified request, subject to the exceptions below. You can also request deletion of specific data without deleting the whole account.
We aim to process a verified request within 30 days, or within any shorter period required by law. If an extension or additional verification is necessary, we will explain it.
What may need to be retained
Limited payment, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute records may be retained when required or permitted by law. Such records are limited to their lawful purpose. Apple, Google and other providers retain their own records under their own policies.
