More VPN (Море ВПН) and earlier versions named Jaman VPN are products owned and operated by Rudaki Inc. This policy covers both names.
Who we are and what this covers
Rudaki Inc. (“Rudaki”, “we”, “us”) develops applications and operates jaman.app and associated services. This policy covers our corporate website, More VPN applications, related account services and support. It applies to iOS, iPadOS, Android and macOS versions, and to Windows versions when available.
Features can differ between platforms and releases. A feature described here processes information only when you use it or it is enabled in your version.
Information used to provide the service
- On your device: chosen server, language, theme, privacy choices, configuration, trial state and access status.
- Service information: IP address, device or installation identifier, platform, application version and network headers necessary to deliver configuration, check access and diagnose a connection.
- Account information: an optional Jaman ID, associated devices, access entitlement and account activity. Optional sign-in providers may supply an identifier, name or email with your permission.
- Payments: product, order identifier, purchase state, dates, currency and subscription entitlement. Payment providers handle payment details.
- Support: your email and the information you choose to include in a request.
VPN traffic and connection information
A VPN routes supported traffic through your chosen VPN server. To do this, the infrastructure necessarily processes the source IP address, destination, connection timing and transferred data volume.
The application is not designed to decrypt HTTPS content. It does not create a browsing history or keep traffic contents or a persistent list of DNS requests. Limited technical and security records may be processed for reliability, abuse prevention and legal obligations. This is not a promise that no information is ever processed by the network.
Your optional Jaman ID
Where offered, you can choose to continue without entering a Jaman ID. An ID lets you associate access with your account and supported devices, and manage it through available account services.
Treat a Jaman ID as a private access credential. Someone with the ID may gain access to the related account. Do not publish it or include it in screenshots. We may need to verify control of an account before fulfilling a request.
Why information is processed
We use information to provide and restore the VPN connection; deliver server configurations; save your choices; verify a trial, purchase or subscription; support optional accounts; respond to requests; protect the service from abuse; and meet legal requirements.
Where applicable, the legal basis is performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, compliance with law, or your consent for optional features.
Purchases and service providers
App Store and Google Play purchases are processed by the respective store. If an eligible external checkout is enabled, Lava or another provider identified before payment may process a purchase. An email may be required for checkout or receipts. Rudaki receives the confirmation needed to grant access, rather than your full card details.
Hosting, VPN infrastructure, authentication and notification providers may process limited information necessary for their role. Optional push notifications require your device’s permission and may use a platform notification token. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We apply protections required by applicable law. We may disclose information when legally required, for professional advice or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for its stated purpose, security, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Local settings generally remain until you reset app storage or remove the application. Service and support records are deleted, minimized or anonymized when no longer needed.
We use access controls and protected transmission. No system or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or obtain a copy of personal information. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.
See account and data deletion for instructions, or email info@jaman.app. We may need to verify your request. Deleting an app or account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Children, changes and contact
The service is not directed to children below the minimum age of digital consent in their country. If you believe a child provided information, contact us.
