Your agreement with Rudaki
These terms govern jaman.app, More VPN (including earlier Jaman VPN versions) and related Rudaki Inc. services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Store licences and payment-provider terms may also apply. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
The service and its availability
More VPN creates a system VPN connection and routes supported traffic through an available server. Features, locations, platform support, trials and limits can vary. Access is subject to the plan and conditions shown when you obtain it.
Performance depends on the network, device, server load and other factors. We do not guarantee continuous availability, a particular speed, access to every website or a permanent location. We may maintain, update or change the service.
Licence and your account
Rudaki grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on supported devices in accordance with these terms. The application is licensed, not sold.
Optional Jaman ID access lets you associate supported devices and entitlements. Keep your credentials private and use only accounts you are authorised to access. We do not ask for your Apple ID or Google account password. Account recovery may be limited where no verifiable recovery method is associated with an ID.
Subscriptions, trials and cancellation
The price, billing period, renewal conditions and included features are displayed before confirmation. App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by the relevant store. If external payment is offered to an eligible user, its provider and conditions are displayed before checkout.
Subscriptions may renew automatically where disclosed. Manage, cancel or request a refund through the provider that processed the payment, subject to its rules and applicable law. Removing the application or deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Trials may have time, traffic or eligibility limits. A trial does not create a right to unlimited repeated free access.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not use it to distribute malware, attack systems, send spam, commit fraud, harass people, infringe intellectual property, resell unauthorised access or deliberately overload the infrastructure.
Do not bypass access limits or interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend use where reasonably necessary for violations, security, abuse prevention or legal obligations.
Ownership and responsibility
Rudaki Inc. owns or lawfully uses the software, branding, designs and other materials. These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights beyond the limited licence.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We do not exclude obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms and publish the current version and effective date here. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
